Please carefully read through our policy regarding international shipping to maximize your
International Shipping Destinations
We are excited to provide international shipping global wide except a few exceptions that our
carrier does not ship to. Our current carrier is the Korean Post Office and we ship by EMS
service if not otherwise noted. Please check with our international order team if your country is
one of them.
International Shipping rates
An accurate international shipping rate can be calculated after you provide us with the
information required. A number of factors are taken into account, including number of items
purchased, item weight and the destination country.
How to place an international order
Please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org the following information for a quote which will
summarize your cost for product and shipping:

We now offer WHOLESALE for international orders. If you are interested, please provide the

Delivery time frames for International orders
Most in-stock items will generally ship within 3 business days and arrive within 7-14 days after
the order is processed. Since delivery time frames vary depending on destination, a more
accurate estimate is provided through our invoices.
We will provide you with a shipping confirmation e-mail and a tracking number that will track
your package once it뭩 shipped. The customer is responsible to contact their local post office
in case of unsuccessful delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot reach out to your country뭩 post
office to resolve delivery issues.
Please note: We try our best to deliver your items during the estimated time frame but there are
many carriers involved in an international shipment, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Payment for international customers
Paying with US dollars to ship internationally
All international orders are processed in US dollars and payment will be made through PayPal.
Your invoice will provide a direct link to PayPal payment.
Paying with US dollars to ship domestically
If you choose to pay in US dollars and have your order ship to a Korean address, inquire to our
international order team. You will be asked to pay via PayPal. The domestic shipping cost
policy will be applied.
Paying with Korean Won to ship internationally
If you choose to pay in Korean Won and have your order ship to international address, inquire
to our international order team. You will be asked to pay via bank transfer or other methods.

Paying with Korean Won to ship domestically
If you are an international customer but choose to pay in Korean Won and have your order ship
to a Korean address, please use our website ordering procedures or inquire to our international
order team for further assistance.
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties(including VAT) imposed by their country of
We are not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not
our responsibility to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please

Returns and Refund Policy
Please note our return/refund policy for international orders prior to placing your order. Due to
complex procedures and various third parties involved, we are not able to offer returns and
refunds to any international orders. Exception are made for defective items and shipping errors
made by BeMarket. If we messed up, we will make it right for you!
If you want to cancel your order, please make it prior to completing your payment by sending
an e-mail to our team. Once your payment transaction comes through, we will not be able to
refund your payment.
